Redesigning Webber Estates’ Website for Enhanced Accessibility and ADA Compliance
Since 2013, Rick has been the go-to professional for Webber Estates’ web design and hosting needs. Recently, Webber Estates approached Rick with a critical request: a complete overhaul of their website to ensure full compliance with the latest ADA accessibility regulations.
Among the key requirements outlined by Webber Estates for this project are:
- Implementation of a chatbot: The website should feature an interactive chatbot capable of welcoming visitors, addressing inquiries, and efficiently directing them to the appropriate agent.
- MLS Listing Integration: Seamless integration of area MLS listings is essential to ensure potential clients have easy access to up-to-date property information.
- Blogging Capabilities: The website should offer a user-friendly blogging platform that allows agents to effortlessly post updates. Furthermore, these blog posts should automatically cross-post to all of the agency’s social media channels, ensuring streamlined communication with their client base.
- Prioritizing User Accessibility and ADA Compliance: One of the core objectives of this project is to enhance user accessibility, ensuring that all website visitors, regardless of their abilities, can easily navigate and interact with the website in compliance with ADA standards.
